The Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the items made a part of these Terms by reference, make up the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Website and the Products, and replaces any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of the Website and/or Products.

Product Delivery Options
The Products are available for download only which is the fastest delivery method! Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with the download instructions or you will be directed to the download page. Product Copyright and Use
All Products are copyrighted materials which are protected under US and international copyright laws. By purchasing a Product from our website you are granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the Products in accordance with these Terms:

a) Limited Usage: You may use each individual Product, modified or unmodified, at a single company only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same Product once more in order to use it at another company or for another client.

b) Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our Products to fit your purposes. 

c) Unauthorized Use: You may not place any of our Products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, file server, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Forms 'n' More. It is your responsibility to safeguard the modified and unmodified Products you purchased from us and prevent their unauthorized use.

d) Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Forms 'n' More.

e) Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Forms 'n' More and its affiliates.

Return Policy
Similar to the return policies on software and other digital media of most retail stores, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that our Products meet your needs BEFORE making your purchase. Since the Products we are selling are digital media and of irrevocable nature, we do not issue refunds after a Product or valid Product download information has been sent to a valid email address, as provided by you, by our email server, or after you were directed to the download page. Only in case we did not provide you (or the recipient of the email address you provided) with valid download information, you may be eligible for a refund.  To request a refund, you must contact info@formsnmore.com within 7 days of purchase; no refunds are allowed after 7 days of purchase.

Remember, the forms, procedures and manuals are merely examples for forms, procedures and manuals that have been successfully used at the companies for which they were initially developed. The Products are sold on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. Neither Forms 'n' More nor its licensees, affiliates, agents and representatives endorse or are responsible for the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the Products. The Products may or may not be useful templates for your company or your circumstances because every situation, company and auditor is different. We explicitly give no guarantee or warranty whatsoever on the Products, their usability, completeness, compliance with ISO 9001 or any other standard or requirement. Hold Harmless
By accessing our Website and/or by purchasing the Products you agree to hold harmless Forms 'n' More and its licensees, affiliates, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, and damages (including attorneys' fees) resulting from your use of our products, your use of our Website and the content of the Products and Website.

Limitation of Liability

   You can join this affiliate program for free if you meet the following requirements:
     -  You promote our products on your professional appearing website.  Your website's
        target audience are executives and/or quality professionals and/or HR
        professionals.  Your website does not have or link to obscene or otherwise
        incompatible content.
     -  You are allowed to use our images and product descriptions to promote our
        products.  However, you are not allowed to copy large sections of our website.
     -  You do not use unsolicited emails to promote our products.
    Commission payments:
    Accumulated commissions of at least US $250 are paid by PayPal every quarter;
    accumulated commissions of less than US $250 will be rolled over to the next quarter.
    Modifications and termination:
    We reserve the right to modify or cancel this affiliate program at any time without prior
    notice.  We also review our affiliates for continued suitability, and we reserve the right
    to terminate any affiliate for any reason at any time.
